Tips to Save

• Join NCAN! If your organization is not a National College Attainment Network (NCAN) member, become one before registering and save $125 on the registration fee. Learn more about membership and join today!
• Register five or more for the Conference! Save $25 per person by bringing a group of five or more from your organization. To register as a group, please gather each participant's name and contact information and submit all registrations together. Discounts cannot be applied if participants register separately. To steam line the process, we recommend downloading the group registration form to gather information in advance.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

The policies for cancellation and refund are designed to minimize the potential liabilities of NCAN, given the advance commitment of NCAN to the hotel and Conference dates. Registrants can cancel their registration and receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee, on or before September 20, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. Registrants can transfer their registration at no cost by modifying their registration online or emailing conference@ncan.org.
